2016 was a big growth year for me as an individual. I had an extreme awakening of feminism and politics while experiencing constant questioning and criticism. I came to learn the true meaning of intersectional feminism through personal struggles and also during my time learning from like-minded thinkers during my graduate program at The Tyler School of Art. We all spent a great amount time talking about race, sexual identity, class, and inclusivity.
