So far, and throughout their game-changing tenure in the UK underground scene, we've been treated to a plethora of different, varying genres, sounds and sonics from one of our favourite labels: 1Forty, and their all-encompassing back catalogue. Being one of the busiest labels music and business-wise on the circuit, sometimes it's hard to fit everything in, especially when you consider their extensive roster and release schedule that revolves around a number of genres. They've dropped a number of sanctioned bootlegs and VIP projects, but this is the first time they've brought together a package of specially selected, expertly crafted remixes, and boy was it worth waiting for. The package draws remixes from 9TRANE, Deadbeat UK and Killjoy, all putting their distinct, refined take on three label favourites. We've had the privilege of hosting Deadbeat's remix of 'Honey Riddim', a combination of an artist who's had such a longstanding, important impact on the UK Bass scene, and a track that is one of our top picks from the 1Forty catalogue. This is UK underground music at its very finest.
