My sound blends minimal, house, and microhouse influences, shaped by years of club culture and dancefloor intuition. I’m currently focused on developing refined, groove-driven productions with a distinct identity.

The tracks are inspired by the rhythmic and micro-house aesthetics of Akufen and Silat Beksi, combining groove, texture, and movement. All of them have been tested on the dancefloor with very positive reactions.

ARTIST BIO:

STRAND is a DJ and producer whose sound moves between House, Minimal and Techno, always rooted in underground culture and exploring its purest essence.


He began his journey in Granada, performing at clubs such as Ópera 4 and El Granero, as well as numerous after-parties. Later, in Dublin, he refined his style during a residency at The Button Factory, where he opened for influential figures such as Joris Voorn, Óscar Mulero and Cuartero.


After a period of keeping a low profile, focused on organising and developing his own projects, he gained a broader vision of the electronic music scene. Now based in Málaga, he has played venues such as Studio Club, The Club, and Doggy Kloeb, collaborating with promoters like Oniric Dance and Lêmoon.


Leading projects like The Warehouse and Raven, STRAND delivers a sonic journey where hypnotic grooves, deep atmospheres and raw club energy converge. Since 2023, as a consolidated artistic brand, he has been focusing on production and shaping his own distinctive sound.

Welcome to a new producer in the KFR crew, @acme DJ and producer from Germany, with his Minimal -Tech_House track, ready to kill the dance floor.

ACME developed a deep passion for music at an early age. At the age of 15, he began to gain his initial musical experience as a drummer in a band. When this band disbanded in 1994, he reluctantly sold his drum kit and turned his attention to vinyl music—the year 1994 also marked the beginning of his career as an event organizer.

In 1996, ACME landed his first job as a resident DJ at a House and techno club near Trier, where he performed two to three times a month. In 1997, he collaborated with Martin Lundin from Sweden to produce his first record, "I Like Base," released on the prestigious English label Crystal Clear.

In October 1998, ACME started working at Night Café Ricks in Trier, where he played groovy Techno music and solidified his love for this genre. During this time, he was also responsible for booking artists. He shared the stage with DJs such as Marusha, Steve Mason, Westbam, Natalie de Borah, Toni Rios, Sebbo, Massimo, Tomcraft, Chris Liebing, Tom Novy, Future Funk, and many others.

From 2002 to 2004, he served as a resident DJ at Club Empire in Trier and once again took on the role of booking artists. In 2004, he moved to Kaiserslautern and quickly integrated into the local music scene. He became a resident DJ at Zeitwerk Ludwigshafen and organized his monthly event series "Minimal Electronica." Additionally, he supported Thomas P. Heckmann during his Germany tour and worked intensively in the studio with Christian Heid on their own tracks.

In October 2005, ACME and Christian Heid founded the label "Hörsignal Platten" and released their first tracks like "Seele," "Rokko," and "Hanging." In 2008, they jointly released the mix CD "Sweet Sixteen," which was presented in clubs nationwide during the subsequent CD release tour.

Since 2008, ACME, in collaboration with Marc Keim, has been organizing events such as "Stadtgeflüster" and "Waldgeflüster Open Air," where he invites nationally and internationally renowned artists on a monthly basis. Names like Sweet N Candy, Marcus Meinhard, DJ Emerson, Sasch BBC, Stefano Libelle, and many more have enriched the lineups.

Since June 2016, ACME has been based in Düsseldorf, and since August 2017, he has been a resident DJ at the trendy "SILQ" club in the Düsseldorf Old Town, where he performs twice a month.

ACME continues to work on new releases in the genres of TechHouse, DeepHouse, and Techno, remaining active in the electronic music scene.

I was working on these tracks over the summer of 2023 to put into my DJ sets at some events I was booked for. Played them a couple of times but they weren't fully finished, Now they are!. I aimed to make some tracks with a bit more of a darker techno sound that would be good for a DJ set. as well as keeping some of my original sound.

He was also the creator of the mythical and no longer in service online radio  station: ADNalternative.  He also has his own weekly radioshow called “Mariano Santos Global Radio Show”  where he could be heard in over 86 radio stations and music sites worldwide.
