An Engineer with an Ear

Krysti Subieta is a Bolivian American singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, and audio engineer. Born in the 90's, this up-and-coming composer is known for her catchy debut album anthem, 'Find Yourself'. Her emotionally powerful yet vulnerable vocals have inspired many, who say she has a "Voice of an Angel".

An avid home-studio builder, Krysti continued to write and record by moonlight. After facing a near-death experience, and with the support of a nurturing musical community, Krysti made a life-altering leap of faith into full-time music industry work in July 2015.

In collaboration with producer/audio engineer James Gibson, guitarist Rand Ramos, synth performer Subha Pindiproli, singing coach Cheryl Murdock, violinist Lea Detlefs, Orb Recording Studios, among others, the album 'Find Yourself' came to life in January 2016.

Personal Life

Krysti's soul mission is to help lift people all over the world out of debilitating mental states. By communicating universal truths -- through music, video, and conversation -- she hopes to promote global self-awareness.

When away from the studio, Krysti does philanthropic work as an independent teacher. Most known for her work providing music lessons and instruments for African Refugees living in Austin, Krysti and fellow singer/songwriter partner Hilary Kuhlmey featured on Local Fox 7 in July 2016, after their Go Fund Me effort raised over $5k. When out of the public eye, Krysti runs a small business and studies business leadership. Hiking in nature and speaking in funny voices fulfills her playful side.
