I'm a classically trained flautist and in May of this year (2014) I will have earned my Master's degree in flute performance to top off my Bachelor of Music degree in the same field. The classical flute world is daunting and foreboding, but I love to play and I have discovered a passion for teaching. Wherever I find myself living next year I plan on starting a studio and hope to find other like minded musicians to form a chamber group with. The idea of touring with friends, performing chamber music, and teaching masterclasses around the nation is extremely appealing to me.
