Our favorite Russian punks, Locked Club mark their return to Tram Planet with the ‘Atom Hell’ EP, a 4-track assault that continues on their destructive path. With the title track opener (“Atom Hell”) a pulsing distorted bassline saturates as the fluttering melody drives on for maximum effect.
