This mix was recorded live as one year dissolved into the next...and it plays with time on purpose.

The second track, Re-Member by my friend Akoyeh, anchors the mix in real relationship and lived connection, not concept.    

Eighteen minutes into  in the journey, there’s a countdown.
Not as pressure, but as play. A reminder that we practice thresholds before we cross them. Later, that countdown returns in slow motion, stretched and echoed, until the moment itself opens wide. Time drops away. 

And then...we’re swept.

A voice emerges that feels like Sting at first (familiar, inviting) but it carries us into Deep Anatolia instead. Wild violin, pulsing rhythm, ancient-meets-modern energy. The kind of track that moves the body without instruction. You could dance it like a whirling dervish ((...spinning, grounded, free... )) consciousness in motion.

From there, the set opens fully into sovereignty.

Conscious R&B gives way to complete release. Voices layered with “fuck that” energy aren’t here to shock - they’re here to liberate. This is the sound of choosing not to comply with systems that have kidnapped our neighbors and terrorized our communities. Not rebellion for rebellion’s sake, but clarity. I’m not doing it your way anymore.

We step into the Year of the Fire Horse knowing it is complex; catalytic, intense, honest. This mix meets that fire awake, standing in healed truth rather than unprocessed rage.

As the journey closes, transformation happens again.

System of a Down slows, drones, stretches...its screams dissolving into wind. That wind becomes the carrier for “I’ve Got My Love to Keep Me Warm,” creating a holiday bubble of warmth, happiness, and possibility. Inside that bubble, even the heaviest voices begin to sound like an eerie angelic chorus. The world is still loud, but you are safe in your field.

The final moments tease what’s next.

A chant of “It’s time to change this culture” flickers in, then cuts out just as the track begins to build. It hints at a future already forming. This is a quiet nod toward a new chapter: Beyond Me Ent, with KT as label manager, and Watson Tunesz, whose tracks I’ll be mixing in 2026 as his touring DJ.

This mix isn’t an ending.
It’s a crossing.  playful >>>  FIERCE, {conscious}  and  ^alive^

Once you step through, there is no return.

Casa de Oso presents: Liquid Bloom New Year’s Eve in Sacred Valley, Peru

We welcomed the New Year in Peru’s Sacred Valley, held by the ancient Apu mountains and the community prayer space of AYNI Sanctuary. Liquid Bloom guided a three-hour dance journey, weaving organic soundscapes, tribal house, and modern bass into a long ecstatic wave that crested as the year turned. Together with the medicine family of the valley, under the Andes and the stars, the night unfolded as a living ritual of gratitude, renewal, and unity.

KTTK Love is a listening-based sound practice rooted in presence, relationship, and trust.

We don’t DJ in the traditional sense.
We practice music-ing, defined as listening into form with people, place, and moment.

Our work isn’t planned or sequenced in advance. We listen with the body, follow sensation, and allow sound to resolve itself through contrast, dissonance, and time. The music, the space, and those present co-create what unfolds.

This happens in quiet rooms and open spaces alike; sometimes outdoors, where wind, trees, clouds, and light move in rhythm, as if sound were revealing the coherence already present.

KTTK Love brings together two distinct relationships to sound. One formed through extended, embodied mixing across genres and states. The other through lineage, attunement, and the holding of space. We are still learning how these meet; and we allow that learning to remain alive.

Nothing is forced.
Everything is in relationship.
