Kuba Sojka- Up to the sky (promomix-live act)

Projekt LAB is a music club from Poznan located in a 100 years old distillery. Born of love for the sound system culture, it has been promoting alternative electronic music for 5 years, inviting quality artists like Ancient Methods, Kangding Ray, Fis, Headless Horseman, Emptyset, Aisha Devi, Vatican Shadow, Spirit & Amit, Xosar, Kahn, Terence Fixmer, Edit Select, Legowelt, Schwefelgelb or Umwelt, just to name a few. Now the club is taking up on another challenge - releasing the Various Artists compilation called "5 Years Of Projekt LAB”. The record is dominated by a multi-genre sound, this diversity characterises the venue from the very beginning. The album is composed of songs from the artists who are befriended with the club, showing a cross-section of the Polish club scene, with an emphasis on artists from the venue’s home city - Poznań and a very special foreign guest - Alexey Volkov.

Bio:
Kuba Sojka is a producer, live performer, and sound designer from Poland, with over several years of experience in the electronic music scene. By day, he mentors young musicians at the School of Modern Music in Wrocław, specializing in sound synthesis, music production, and modern instruments.

Recognized by record labels from Detroit, Chicago, Paris,  Berlin and London, Sojka showcases his diverse musical skills through vibrant live performances just on hardware without computers. Audiences appreciate his versatility, influenced by Detroit Techno, and improvisational talent. He frequently performs in Polish clubs, festivals, and internationally renowned venues like Tresor, Panorama Bar, Egg London and many more.

Collaborating with commercial projects, Sojka has contributed tracks to Cyberpunk 2077 and worked as a sound designer for Arturia, demonstrating his dedication and innovative approach to music production.
