Walls hum silence, even shadows lost their meaning.
Curtains closed, no sun to blame,
Head is ringing — always the same.
Room smells like last night’s thoughts,
Drenched in echoes no one bought.
No footsteps, no name to call,
Just the ache and the ticking down the hall.

Dreams dried up like coffee on my lip.
The minibar’s full, the heart is not,
And the mirror forgot the face it forgot.

Tried to follow, but there's nothing there.

Another ghost, another end.

Just stillness playing pretend.

Here is a song about homesickness! Woooooooo. I wrote this at school when I was missing home extra. Weird thing is, when you really really miss home, you miss even the mundane things-- like watering (or forgetting to water) your mother's plants. Song is paired best with a nice pair of headphones and your choice of herbal tea.
