Yoga nidra is a form of guided meditation a.k.a. the yogic sleep.

Set up - Find a space where you can relax lying down on a flat or comfortable surface. Ideally undisturbed through out the practice. Well propped with blankets, pillows, bolsters, etc. Try to minimize movements as much as possible and allow the body and mind to settle together with much acceptance, presence, curiosity and loving kindness.
