Navè Rehcse is a duo from Montana, USA. They met in high school a couple of years ago and decided to try to make music together. Though they drifted apart as friends for a while, life brought them back together after a long time of growth and hardships. Their vision for their music is to bring a new twist to the RnB/Hip-Hop genre. They aren't limited to just those genres, however. They believe they shouldn't be in a box when making music. Somedays they feel inspired to make chilled out indie/folk music. Other days, it's hard hitting rap beats. They hope to share their stories and love for music with everyone and that you all can feel something through their music. 
This song "This Time" is a story about their lives the last couple of years. Escher, one of vocalists, sings on the choruses and the first verse and Evan takes care of the 2nd verse and harmonies. While they were writing this song, they wanted to write a story about how even though things are bleak and shitty sometimes, time truly is the thing that heals everything and truly, in time, we'll be just fine. 
They wanted this song to be the first of the "Basement Tapes." They don't have a professional studio to record in, just Escher's basement with a laptop, guitar and a mic. They wanted the song to sound raw and unfinished and to feel as though it was recorded it in a basement by a couple of passionate musicians who aren't worried about sounding perfect, but more about sounding real.
