Also known as Hayden, a Bristol born and bred multi genre DJ who has performed on some of the biggest stages and has supported legends such as Andy C, Doc Scott and Roni Size. His contribution and consistency has been admired by many in the scene and this has resulted in residencies with Wide Eyes Lakota, Frontline Events and Backhand. Hayden has performed at some of the best UK Festivals such as Nass and Tokyo world.

Hayden adopts rollers, minimal and feel good vocals with a touch of jump up into his mixes and continues to show why he is at the top of his game. This is not one to be missed!

As we move into Winter and swap festival stages for club shows, we’re starting to see more rolling tunes geared towards the dark club setting. The kind of tracks that are custom-made to turn raves on their head. Our latest single from MC Det is one of those tunes.

As one of drum and bass’ legendary MCs who rarely releases his own music, it was a no-brainer when Det approached us with “Godfather” – a track packed with as much personality and flair as Det himself. If you want a taste of what Det is capable of then you only have to roll back the years to “Hip Steppin’” with Drumsound & Bassline Smith. If you know, you know!

Teaming up with the newcomer talent of Martial Taktics, who has already shown his ability to create rave-stomping productions like “Rebel”, it’s a wicked mix of D&B history meeting its future.

Following on from his recently collaborations with Salo, MC GQ and Parly B, L-Side continues his streak of red hot singles, this time linking up with the prolific MC Bassman.

Encouraged and nurtured by scene-shaping forefathers such as Carl Cox, Micky Finn and Sasha, Bassman soon found himself hosting for some of the most genre-defining raves of the early 90s. His distinctive trademark bubbles and one liners saw his reputation spread to a global level paving the way for the many MCs who followed, landing him with his nickname ‘The Teacher’.

‘Nasty Style’ is a perfectly fitting title for the first of the two tracks, Bassman’s instantly recognisable tones cut through the mix of the twisted L-Side beat. A four minute energetic roll out that would comfortably fit into any DJs arsenal regardless of sub-genre.
