This collaboration between Kumubu and Ray Von is a progressive house track that chugs and grooves itself into a chasmic story.

We wanted to share something cheeky and deep. A track where the bass line and drums work in unison to create an infectious rhythm, complimented by the 303 wobbles, the synth pads, and mesmerizing vocal chops.

This song couples well with late-night drives, outdoor patio parties, and warm summer sunrises!

For this track, Spenny Beats and I dug through crates of second-hand vinyl from various record stores in Calgary, Canada, pulling from a wide array of sample libraries. We ran the audio through an effect chain to craft unique sounds and FX. Finally, we blended our freshly made samples with organic instruments to deliver a track with a moody yet sophisticated vibe.

When graduation day finally came, I felt proud that I managed to balance my hobbies with my studies and job.
