Coming from a background of hard-core bands, West Melbourne DJ Kunai channels his past musical influences through his dark and heavy techno productions. His previous experience really shines through, as he brings a unique approach to the genre. 
Boasting an impressive resume of prior gigs, Kunai’s sets bring an incredibly high energy to the clubs of Melbourne. Deep kicks and infectious acid lead lines dominate his performances, transporting our minds on a journey to Berlin. With clubs closed at the moment, Kunai’s music takes us straight back to the raves of simpler times. Noting his influences as I Hate Models, Dax J and Inhalt Der Nacht, his recent releases such as Savana and Obito are a part of a refreshing but important wave of techno that is beginning to rear its head in our city.
