And again, the viennese Duo THE KUNG FU DIVAS team up with Seattles finest, MISTA CHATMAN to bring you another bouncing raggatech-monster from outer space! 

As „The Universalist“  (originally released in 2004 and re-released
in 2010) is still a hot one in the clubs and radios the world over, the
knob-twiddling duo and their rhyming guest are back with a completely new tune that will float your boat, ehrm beat.

The pumping and bouncing original also gets the remix treatment by up-and-coming french producer Alec Bronski, hailing from Paris and taking no prisoners with his thrashing and in-your-face treatment – US-EDM move over, here comes the baguette-brigade!

A second remix, this time from band-member Mikka Blank, showcases the various drumsets he stored away for years and now uses them all at once – a take on old school drum’n’bass with an industrialish twist. 

Can you live without this hilarious package, once you heard it? We doubt that ….

decision to let other people remix their songs.

Good choice! 
Especially with hiring The Kung Fu Divas from Vienna, Austria they let "All My Life" be transformed into a sublty stomping (yeah), moody and techy anthem for the sophisticated dancefloor complete with bells, handclaps and bassline that would saw effortlessly through large buildings, grounded on an elektrofied beat straight outta Brooklyn.
Sink into the Kung Fu Divas Remix of "All My Life" and let space and time fold and bend like there's no tomorrow.

After a handful of remixes The Kung Fu Divas return with original material – and ladies and gentlemen – hands down, it's a smash hit. TEKK ME is not only a techy and percussive elektrobeat-track that will rock the floor for sure – it is also graced with the incredible talent of – DRUM ROLL – the fantastic, incredible, amazing, guest-vocalist BARCA BAXANT! Will the sensation ever end??? No. The gifted diva joins the KFD from her own band THE BANDALOOP and many people will still know her well from her preceding projects SILICONE PUMPGUN and PRINCESS HIM.

TEKK ME is also an experiment in the matter of the pop-song itself, the lyrics almost entirely consist of listing some of the favourite artists of The Kung Fu Divas and Barca – hence also the refrain … 

No wonder that the créme de la créme of the viennese electronic scene where eager to put their remix-skills to work. 

LEITSTRAHL, who put the L in funky electro provide a solid roller, fuelled with influences from 80ies italodisco to 90ies IDM all in one. What a shiny piece of circuit mastery. The Divas are amazed.

On the other hand the up-and-coming specialists for elegant minimal afro-influenced machine-funk that is WEISZ & SCHRENK put their already trademark-y craftmanship to work and a piece of ethereal beauty and mind&bodymovement appears. Wow! 

And last but not least another redux emerged from France – the Les Distilleries Ideales remix takes no prisoners and demands a crowded dancefloor, will everyone please headbang and bootyshake? Merci!

The Kung Fu Divas are in the house!
and they deliver dashing dancefloor-wrecking, wall-bouncing, all-cunning tracks - and this is time they mean it!

Influenced by old heroes like LFO und KLF, the cloak-and-dagger-duo awoke some sounds that had slept in their machines for some time - and, "igor, pull the switch", bang, it lives!

Being raised on a high quality diet of independent and alternative music, they started to release a few gems on their own label Goldton Records and did a lot of remixes, djyed & produced for other artists:

Tosca, Dina Vass, Mark Rae, Byron Stingly, SuperMax, Eigner, Bandaloop, The Fast Forwards, UKO and many others - you name it!

Ecstatic reactions from the media & the public encouraged them to seek a broader audience since 2003 when playing live, dressed in lifesize bunny suits.

They are convinced that this move was definitely beneficial for both their audience and them and made The Kung Fu Divas unutterably rich.
