In Zeiten, in denen Perfektion und Schönheit manches Mal über der menschlichen Logik und Ethik stehen, ist es wichtig, Zeichen zu setzen. DESASTROES möchten mit dem Web-Track "Fressen Kotzen Hungern" nicht nur für ein produktives Jahr danken, sondern auch ein Thema ansprechen, über das immer noch gerne geschwiegen wird. Magersucht- und den damit resultieren Zerstörungsakt des eigenen Körpers. Wir möchten einfach sagen:
"Lasst den Scheiß und lernt, euch zu lieben, so wie ihr seid!"

Yes we know thats "insomnia" as the outro. Live thats extended even more with a bunch of samples from the original vocals lined up. But thats teasing right > and we do like our classic dance hits.

Conceptually this doesn't repeat itself though it seems to. We have ideas rejigged constantly throughout and watch that stereo image go from relatively narrow to ridiculously big. The latter half of the song getting as close to "big room" as we're happy to go. Which is not that close. (note we like big room but we freely admit we're not that adapted for it with groove and grind being our favourite tools).

We welcome criticism swift and honest in order that we can tidy this up and get this live set finished as quick as possible.

We'll leave this sucker public for a week as is out wont.

Due to extensive sampling of the divine Miss Aguilera (we hear she's similar to combichrist according to Random Pirate Pintel Lookalike in the Rammstein Crowd) we can't do other than give this away free as a Bootleg. We really do like her BTW. Although "Toxic" does edge her best stuff LOL.

We would feel bad. After all she may need the money. Possibly.

We on the other hand have decided that money is not essential to our inner journey and our creative idealism. This is a fancy way of saying we're broke. Take_the_Pain_Away (Feat Audio FX and Christina Aguilera)

We call it "the rudeboi version" more as a little injoke than anything.

There's a strong Drum n Bass influence on this sucker but as the original was 155BPM and the vocals ALREADY pitched up we couldn't push it to the oblilgatory 174 without it sounding silly. So weirdly it has an almost old school Jungle feel. Something we played with in the lead sounds. 

Huge risks as usual. Will probably piss the purists off. As usual. We don't care. As usual. A remake should be differant and the truth was we were finding the original dating fast and feeling somewhat dull to play. This we think gives it a new lease of life while going with our current experimental phase with Uberbyte where effectively we're using this series of free tracks and remakes to experiment with where we COULD take the industrial sound and do new things and where we might be pushing it too far.

Not that that last bit is really relevant as we've become so adverserial to the old school mob that we get a malicious delight from doing things that they hate. And a nod to something that will have them throwing vaguely white supremacist mouth shit at us seems amusing to us. After all. Apparantly we are "race traitors" and "mongrels" already so...

Drum n Bass rocks though. DJ Hazard and Sub Zero are among our favourite artists at the moment so fuck em. We do what we want.
