It’s beautiful what can come out of a simple Dutch Ebay encounter. Tom (Glimlip) met Federico (Freddie Kane) in 2018 on a cloudy day in The Netherlands to view a synthesizer that was up for sale. Four years further down the road, the two are still in contact. But this time to combine their forces to create their first track: Traces. Mixing the skills of a key player and composer with an instrumental hip-hop producer resulted in rich soundscapes, unexpected textures and a lot of detail. Traces is a sonic lollipop. The concept behind the song comes from the circular sense of searching: Whenever you feel like you have achieved something, often you realize you are back at square one - but this time it’s a different you. The music video created by the talented Jack Cotolo & Robert-Jonathan Koeyers perfectly illustrates this labyrinth like state of mind.

New single from the next album!

I grew up on a street in Western Helsinki called "Ruusutarhantie", which means "Rose Garden Road". I recently visited that place for nostalgia's sake when I went to visit my family back home in Finland last December.

That place triggered so many memories. They had cut down a huge linden tree that used to be there, but otherwise the place looked exactly as I remembered it from childhood. The houses appeared to be smaller though, but maybe I've just grown bigger.
