Used LSDJ on Gameboy. I sure make chiptune often yep. I've been listening to a lot of Toriena lately and I realized what she makes is really difficult to program. Makes me appreciate her music that much more.

I heard about Chiptunes = WIN thanks to Nate Horsfall, the guy who always draws the cover art for them, and who drew the Dwelling of Duels contest banners for years. When I met him at MAGFest in early 2015, he suggested I submit stuff to this ridiculously festive album, as Prime Legacy, that I released back in 2014, featured songs that could have been perfect fits.

This was made back in June back when I was still unsure of what my next big release was going to be. At the time I wanted to take some of the music I worked on for Sonic Boom (the romhack) and finish some ideas I had demoed out as a small EP, but the creativity well had other ideas.

Who knows, maybe I'll continue that idea, but here's a brand new one regardless. :)
