I wrote this track over 2 years ago, but didn't feel it was the right time to upload it. This track is about the side of life we don't like to glamourise, but it's a side that people need to be more aware off. 

Although most of my tracks have a positive vibe to them, I've actually felt like shite for the last few years, but I prefer to turn negative thoughts into something productive.
