Say What? 178 brings us a duo in the form of 2 German brothers called - ENERTY. At the end of the 90's they began with DJ-ing and to produce electronic music. As STR & Tim Tycoon they played at different techno clubs in their hometown. In 2003 the two guys released their 1st EP 'we are HE-Men' on Pocketgame Records including a remix by Legowelt. Various releases on numerous labels followed. They delivered us 4 rolling techno tunes for their blasting debut 

The title track 'Permission' is a deep excursion into techno realm of the brothers with a trippy but catchy lead and a never-ending groove that takes you away with its first beat and shows that we are in for a treat with this release 

Second on the release is 'Restless' a massive tune with an infectious rhythm and flawless sound design that will make many go wild. The track showcases the talent of the duo in delivering quality techno monsters 

The third track of the EP is '130'. This dynamic and high-energy tune takes listeners on a sonic journey through a futuristic world of pulsing beats and atmospheric synths, or in other words a dancefloor-ready anthem! 

Last on the release is 'Hexagon' and for sure one that is not to be forgotten. The perfect blend of pounding beats and the mesmerising synth patterns is so well balanced, that it creates an immersive experience that is sure to ignite floor worldwide

The duo’s hard hitting techno productions, pioneered by the likes of Alan Fitzpatrick, Charlotte De Witte and Adam Beyer, gained them BBC Radio 1 support early on, amassing stellar releases on staple record labels such as R&S Records, Suara, We Are The Brave, Odd Recordings, Octopus and Kneaded Pains.

Their live performances have seen them rise to supporting names that include Amelie Lens, Jeff Mills, Alan Fitzpatrick, Sam Paganini, Dense & Pika, Dave Clarke, Sama’, Rudosa and many more, taking their careers far beyond their native Liverpool to packed out shows around the world.

Their imprint and club night OTK, pushes the boundaries to bring otherwise lesser known names to the forefront of peoples attention, offering limelight to those “On The KUSP” of something special. Previous guests include Freddy K, SNTS, Anetha and Cleric with many more to follow in future.
