Ce 5e épisode est consacré à la liberté d'expression. Ce thème passionnant peut être traité sous différents angles. 
Ainsi, j'ai choisi tout d'abord de rappeler brièvement la définitition de cette liberté fondamentale, nécessaire à tout Etat démocratique. 
Puis, j'aborde les limites à la liberté d'expression, notamment en cas de publication de propos haineux en ligne.
Et enfin, je termine par invoquer le cas spécifique des lanceurs d'alerte. Le droit d'alerte est une extension de la liberté d'expression et relève historiquement du droit du travail.
