The Lazy Jesus is an Ukrainian artist known for exploring the connection between folk sounds of his homeland and ambitious electronic music - a mix that has resonated particularly well among Latin American producers with his tracks having already been remixed by the likes of Dengue Dengue Dengue and Jaijiu. This unlikely alliance is about to be strengthened as he is preparing to release the brand new single - 'DLBCN' - via Bogotá-based imprint Sonora Destroy Recs and, moreover, the song has been reworked by artists from Ecuador, Peru and Argentina celebrating the launch of collaborative release series called Split Trax. Premiering here is a remix by Ene Ese, an intense percussive journey delivered by one of the heroes of Quito's club scene.
