Dirty Epic welcomes aboard @temudo for its nineteenth episode of Amplify Series.

The Portuguese João Rodrigues started his alias Temudo in 2014, after a period into the Drum and Bass scene. The Drum and Bass influence can be heard not only on the detailed sound design and low end focus of his music, but also on the energetic and eclectic 3 deck sets he has to offer. As a DJ he provides a journey within the several contexts of the Techno universe, blending different years and locations with a natural and clever approach, keeping his own pace.

Over the last years he saw some of his music being widely played, such as “Tough To Say” or “The Beholder” from the EPs “Unnecessary” and “Not The End But a Change”, both released on Soma, or “Jack and Verge” from the collaborative EP with Nørbak “I Will Guide Thy Hand”, released on Modularz. 2021 seems to be a productive year, with the debut on Ben Klock’s Klockworks and Oscar Mulero’s Warm Up with 2 acclaimed EPs.

João describes himself as a nerd for audio processing, composing techniques and solving puzzles in the pursuit of the perfect mix. His background in Jazz, a Degree in Sound and a Master Degree in Music and Technology gave him the tools for the unorthodox experiments he takes in the studio. It is fair to say that Temudo is one the Portuguese Techno main characters.

Breza is a Leipzig based DJ. He ist part of the crew behind the renowned "Rillendisco" series at "Institut für Zukunft". Fueled by his deep love for vinyl records, he stepped behind the turntables. His sound is sometimes on the slower side with deep hypnotic influences and sometimes a faster groovy pace.

vivianesontag, is a Leipzig-based DJ, started DJing techno back in 2019. With a mix of driving beats, infectious grooves, and hypnotic minimal rhythms, her sets keep the energy flowing. Being part of the Nebula collective, V:SONNTAG not only spins tunes but also plays a role in organizing events and managing a podcast series. Since the beginning of this year, she has been running the series „ Focus: “ to promote the visibility of FLINTA* artists.

For its inaugural release, the label taps Zürich's rising talent, GCOD : Known for his distinctive sound, GCOD has quickly become one of Zürich's most promising artists. Beyond his solo work, he's a core member of ZIMA Blue, Zürich's infamous DJ trio celebrated for their electrifying performances.

The EP is composed of 4 track and comes with remixes from two heavy-hitters: SIRA delivers his signature stripped-down, repetitive cuts, focusing on rhythm and atmosphere to guide dancers through ethnic rhythms and hypnotic melodies. Kamen, the French DJ/producer and co-founder of OSS Records and GRS Techno, blends hypnotic techno, industrial grit with ambient depth.
