The difference between Armada and I is that I brought you a new *experience*, not just the same ol' mainstream trance track you hear in every. single. set.

When I first looked to find some references tracks for colored basses in psytrance, I could not find anything, so this might as well be the very first color psytrance song ever! (yay i made a subgenre)

Project Vulpes has been in the works for 2 months, and is filled to the brim with lore. I would like to acknowledge @lightningpig for providing some dialogue :)

What it is: Project Vulpes is the preface of a major album trilogy I'm working on right now called "From The Winds," based on the lore of an alternate reality where the world's major powers fall in 2025 after a catastrophic snowstorm in the Northern Hemisphere. This song in particular takes us further back to 2007, showing you how a society (which the lore is centered around) came to be from a terrible military lab experiment.

this was originally produced for an album trilogy i was working on called "From The Winds", which I shelved in June. For context to the lore, "Project Vulpes" was supposed to be the prologue to this epic. I wanted the sound to be a more atmospheric and journeyous for this album, building on the sound that I established with Project Vulpes. After I released Project Vulpes, I was having trouble writing the lore and just hit this massive dead end, and whatever spark I had left was abruptly killed when my computer stopped working. i would've cleaned this up more (along with all the songs I'd already finished for the album) but i no longer have the license for the synthesizer i used for this project so these tracks will remain the way they are now until I can buy a new license.

this is my very first independent release as KVLEB! this is a bit more alternative-electronic, which is why i didn't release it under the Auraspire Audio imprint like i usually do with my EDM/melodic bass releases (hence the lack of an Auraspire logo on the cover art).

was meant to be a follow-up to "please come back". i actually finished this in may and was planning to release it, and then a week later my computer went kaputt so i couldn't release it. but the neat thing is, i've already had all of my samples and project files backed up on an external hard drive so i wasn't completely screwed over when i moved to a temporary computer a month ago, and now i get to share this with you :D

oh and for no particular reason at all i'm absolutely obsessed with the ending, gives me this really nostalgic feeling
