“GWMFH” sound tribute: A healing dialogue between mother and daughter remembering their beginnings and makings of one another through soul-filled sound, nostalgic storytelling, and intimate prayers. This soundtrack is an ode’ to mamas and daughters alike navigating the beauties and complexities of life outside the womb. 

This sound offering was curated by mo nikole, known under the performative name “womon,” in collaboration with Mama Peaches and Bria Lauren for “Gold Was Made Fa’ Her,” photography exhibition in Houston, Texas. Inspired by a live DJ Nigga Fox set, Sinaloa-born @fr4ng cooked up a menacing Cumbia-Ghetto joint. Named "Náhuatl' in homage of the Mayan people and their language.

While most of the ONEMIN ONEDROP tracks are fully-arranged shortened tracks, this particular one plays a role slightly different than the rest (as the title suggests). With its loop-based drums and minimal samples, this interlude fuses the whole project together.
