I made this song in reflection of a time in my life when I was in denial about my feelings. I used the circumstances around me to justify why I was feeling the way I was rather than just confronting my emotions at face value. This song is a message to anyone who may have experienced the same thing I did. It's a reminder to let them know that sadness doesn't discriminate so it's ok to be sad and embrace that emotion, but always open up to someone you trust about it because if not, you can get stuck in a constant loop of emotions that happens over and over again.
