Sacha Proctor aka Kwality Kontrol has been chopping up disco samples for years. His love of dance music started after living in London from 11 to 16 years old, and constantly listening to UK garage and drum n' bass on the many pirate radio stations available. After many years of producing just for fun, he sent some tracks out to various labels around the world. His first EP's were released through Force Inc, and then Knee Deep picked up two EP's worth of disco chopped up tracks. His first totally original track, Follow Through ft. Roman Tomé, was released by Feelin' Records in the UK. His second original track, Don't Stop featuring Alana Bridgewater, was picked up by Reelgroove Records in the UK, and remixed by Random Soul and others. Both these tracks have been released on multiple compilations. He has done remixes for artists such as Luomo and Basement Jaxx. While not producing dance music, Sacha works as a video editor, chopping up video instead of disco.
