Katherine Williams is a saxophonist and musicologist based in the South-West of England. She is active in the idioms of classical, jazz and new music, and is particularly interested in the connection between composition and improvisation. 

She regularly works with contemporary composers to address these issues, and is open to any combination of acoustic, live electronic processing, and electroacoustic composition.

Acoustically driven singer songwriter aiming to perfect the art of self deprecation and despair in short song format. 

The proud owner of a litany of co-writes with talented songsters over many years under many guises, this is the home of my own ventures and, mostly my own maudlin musings of my mortality and my path along the many timelines.
