A what if song from the depths of imaginary lies - What can you do when the one truth  insintegrates into memory?  When the only true fault is misunderstanding and your nature yet you are left broken and they tell you to heal thyself. Or, I just love ghosts and this is a song about them.

How do you fall in love with a ghost?

All stories are true, some are more true than others. This song is a true story about how my family were torn apart in the blitz. This is a song about bravery to the end and what it leaves behind in its memories.

Written somewhere between Gibney's of Malahide, the North Dublin coast road and here. A song about being apart for what ever reason and wanting to get back to the one you love.

Katherine Williams is a saxophonist and musicologist based in the South-West of England. She is active in the idioms of classical, jazz and new music, and is particularly interested in the connection between composition and improvisation. 

She regularly works with contemporary composers to address these issues, and is open to any combination of acoustic, live electronic processing, and electroacoustic composition.
