Running Through My Mind is a reflection on the emotions that linger long after you try to set them aside. Thoughts that circle back no matter how far you run. Built around delicate bell tones, expressive piano phrases, and a yearning violin line, the track moves through A minor and D minor, giving it a bittersweet, introspective character.

As the piece unfolds, a surprising break in E major opens a moment of brightness, like a sudden breath of clarity before the emotions close in again. The outro dissolves through an ethereal F dim add9, gently resolving toward the warmth of C major and the open horizon of G.

It’s a journey through the feelings you can’t escape—haunting, honest, and quietly cinematic.

ABOUT Mona_L:

Mona_L was born in a family of music teachers and music was always with her. Сlassic, opera, funk, rock, house, all musical styles... Two and a half years ago, after a major car accident she understood that life is short and wanted to be closer to music. She decided to learn DJing and then music production. Mona_L is her first project which began with deep house and tech house. Over time she met with the Leveldva community in Moscow, with Geju, LDS, Jati Div and they introduced her to the downtempo chillrave music world. Thus KA.Tune project was born with more ethnic multicultural music. 

Mona_L’s creative message and philosophy are simple: to create and share the mood of her heart. Her sets are of course about love. Love for this world, love for her friends. Everyday she learns something new in music and meets wonderful people from around the world. These days she is producing her own tracks which she will release soon.

Publicist, photographer, musician, traveler, agnostic, explicit, creative, artist and emotional.

Archaeological evidence from prehistoric times suggests that the Earth was once viewed as a living, female being. Ancient texts and mythologies support the idea of a female deity associated with the earth and all life. The Phyrigian Earth Mother Kybele was one such figure among many and represented the earth, mountains, caverns, and all nature, the birth of humanity, the universe and everything in it. 

Inspired by this timeless and universal vision, this project is dedicated to featuring and celebrating the bounty and beauty of the creative works of women in music through special podcasts, original releases, and mixtapes curated by women producers, DJs, and musicians of a wide range of genres from around the world. 

In addition to highlighting the works of women in music, Kybele develops opportunities for broader inclusion of and greater collaboration among emerging and established artists  of all backgrounds through the "Friends of Kybele" series.
