Giuliano Rodrigues is a renowned Brazilian DJ and music producer, widely recognized for his significant contributions to the Dub Techno genre. Born with an innate passion for music, Giuliano channeled his talent and creativity to craft a unique and captivating sound that deeply resonates with genre enthusiasts.

In 2012, Giuliano founded his first digital label, @flowingmovementmusic. Through this label, he not only promoted his own music but also elevated the profile of numerous other artists within the genre. His commitment to sonic excellence and dedication to cultivating a vibrant community of Dub Techno producers and fans have solidified his position as a central figure in the music scene.

In 2020, amid the pandemic, he launched DUBGIU, followed by Afterdub in 2023 and @dublucid in 2024—all focused on deep tech, deep house, minimal, and, of course, Dub Techno.

Giuliano has also released tracks on @lucidflow, a label founded by @nadjalind and @helmut-ebritsch, also known as @klartraum. The duo has produced remixes of Giuliano’s tracks, showcasing mutual respect and collaboration within the Dub Techno community. Two of Giuliano’s songs were even played at the iconic Burning Man festival. Giuliano also had the opportunity to remix Klartraum's track Manifestation, which has garnered over 60,000 plays on Spotify.

Additionally, Giuliano was featured on the popular YouTube channel GENTLEMAN, which boasts over 400,000 subscribers. In a dedicated video, @gentlemantracks selected ten tracks released by Giuliano under DUBGIU and created a one-hour set featuring his music. The channel also added two of his tracks to its top Spotify playlists.

Giuliano’s music portfolio extends to @superordinate-music, founded by @naetek. He has collaborated with Nae:Tek on several tracks, demonstrating his versatility and ability to synergize with other artists. Most recently, Giuliano released new music on @piranha-siberia, continuing to contribute fresh and innovative sounds to the Dub Techno scene.

Through these platforms and collaborations, Giuliano Rodrigues continues to solidify his reputation as a prolific and influential figure in Dub Techno, constantly pushing the genre's boundaries and connecting with a global audience.

Although his name might be hard to pronounce, his live show is very easy to understand. It is all about fun and human emotion, translated through machines and cables, and feels truly live, as opposed to the majority of today's solo electronic acts. Working behind the scenes and on stage with many remarkable Icelandic artists such as Berndsen and Retro Stefson, his musical vision stretches further than many people realize. 

He remixed the Horixon song ‘Hold It Like I Own It’, featuring Maya on vocals. The Hermigervill album ‘‎I’ included tracks like ‘Brewed in Belgium’ and ‘Brute in Belgium’, featured a track with John Grant on vocals (winner ‘Rough Trade Album of the Year’) and got played a lot in the Eskimo HQ. ‘Solitaire’ is a perfect introduction to his music.

This friday September 13th DFA, Public Possession & Live From Earth releasing WOLFRAM second album «Amadeus». Wolfram is a friend you want to keep. He is also one of the last real entertainers in show business. Co-existing in many worlds, he is always able to surprise you. Kito Jempere from Russia is kinda making his model to life too. Operating as artistic director at one of the most important Saint Petersburg venues KUZNYAHOUSE, running a band where’s Jimi Tenor playing on flute and doing both fashion-boutiques and Boiler Room DJ appearances… rare — yes. No surprise Wolfram and Kito Jempere became friends and this friendship made this double single alive. Two versions of «My Love Is For Real» co-written with Wolfram by Haddaway (Yes! Yes!, What Is Love?) remixed by Kito Jempere. Kito worked on both versions as he saying «E-Jay style», he asked his friends from the band to record drums (Gadzhi), vocals (Kushnarova, Duchovnaya), bass/synth (Gavrilov), saxophones (Semenov). Both versions out on DFA on September 13th alongside with Wolfram album. Dive In. This love is for real.
