'Get Real' is the new project from legendary producers, Green Velvet & Claude VonStroke.
The pair, hailing from Chicago and Detroit, headed out on the road together for a string of shows at the tail end of 2015. Get Real was born and VonStroke was soon heading to Green Velvet’s Chicago studio to work on new music.  The result of that trip is the debut Get Real EP featuring two slices of amazing future funk from two creative giants.

Every outing to the Great Outdoors needs a proper soundtrack, and we reached deep into the Dirtybird vaults for a super sized version of this year's Campout Compilation, with 15 tracks from several of the artists you'll see perform in the woods.  

In addition to including many past Dirtybird favorites, we’ve also added two special bonus tracks—the previously unreleased remix of Claude VonStroke's “Barrump” from Billy Kenny that's been a closely guarded weapon and been tearing up dancefloors all Summer, and Claude & Jesse Rose’s “Bare Mountain”, which was originally released on Jesse’s A-Sided label back in 2015.

We’ve had our eyes on this guy for a while. @Qlank came to @NightBassRecords first on Freshmen Vol 2 and hits us now with his ‘Dimensions’ EP. LA-Based Qlank defies all odds and carries the beat seamlessly, juxtaposing trance-like rhythms against the deep, bass-heavy drop on “I Got”. The anticipation builds on ‘Dimensions’, showcasing a suspenseful intro that leads into a drop that sends you to another dimension. The EP ends on a smashing note with another bass-heavy beat and catchy vocals in ’Keep It Down’ collab with @MadlyMusic.
