A cut off the out of print self-titled "debut" album on Hollywood Records. Parthenon Huxley co-wrote and co-produced this one. We hired a string quartet to come in and play on the album. I still remember closing my eyes at the mixing console and just taking in the beautiful music they were adding to our little song. I struggled a bit with the lead vocal at the top because I wanted to start very soft and intimately, and carry that into the first chorus, but the chorus vocal notes are so high it was challenging to sing softly, in full voice, intimately. I still think I could've toned it down a bit, but maybe the angst came through better the way it is.
