In this meditation we begin to clear and uplift all strands connecting us to the present moment reality, all people, places, objects, situations, challenges in the present, each one is a strand of energy. We first clear with ultraviolet light, then we cleanse and uplift with golden-white light from the Christ Grid. Finally, we send a gentle light pink energy of love through all strands that have a positive orientation. This is then repeated for all strands connecting us to the past as well as all strands that seek to connect us in probability to the future.

Prayer of Divine Trust

This Higher Light Decree is designed to help you start your day and is a quicker pace than a regular meditation. We clear interference, ground your energy, utilise various layers of energetic protection around your energy fields, as well as neutralise lower vibrational energy coming through the electronic devices you come into contact with and use. We do this by calling on the assistance of your Higher Self, your Team In Spirit, and Source. Know that the term "Source" is interchangeable with "Spirit", "The Universe", "All That Is", "Prime Creator", or any other term that resonates with you as the most high.

This is a prayer to meet your Fears, Doubts, Worries, Concerns that are both conscious and unconscious within, with acceptance. This already can give a sense of peace by bringing them into the light. We will then move into asking the Divine for support in revealing the treasures from these experiences and releasing the burdens we may be carrying where necessary. Prayer to Release Fears, Doubts & Worries

Divine Mother Meditation

This is the long mantra of Chenrezig or Avalokitesvara - the Boddhisatva of Compassion. The short version "Om Mani Peyme Hung" is said to contain all 84,000 teachings of the Buddha in 6 syllables. This recording is an offering of prayer to the people and land of Nepal after a devastating Earthquake caused much damage and many deaths in April 2015. Om Mani Peyme Hung is chanted for many purposes, one is to bless those who pass on to transition from this world into the higher realms. May all beings be happy and free from suffering. ♥  My dear friend Priscilla Devi Prasad lives in Nepal and has an organization that supports various charitable endeavours there, please consider donating to her organization!

On Camino de Flores, his second full-length album, El Búho reimagines electronic music through the lense of the natural world and its rich soundscapes. 

Drawing on the inspiration of traditional rhythms and sounds, notably from Latin America, Camino de Flores is an album that transports you to another place. Following the success of his first LP, titled Balance, El Búho is back and takes us on a journey from high mountains to cascading waterfalls, from a dusky rainforest to a crackling fire beneath a clear, star-filled sky. The album charts a pathway between traditional rhythms, the sound of the natural world, IDM electronica and a deep, enveloping dancefloor sound. 

With rhythms, instruments and effects built from field recordings or “found sound”, on Camino de Flores it is often hard to distinguish between synths and drum machines, from birds, water, rain or crunching leaves.

El Búho - Mis Queridos

Why do we hold on to the past? Why does it feel difficult to let go of certain painful experiences? The main reason is the emotional charge attached to a past experience that seeks completion or resolution. Instead of completion or resolution the emotional charge causes us to relive the experience in our consciousness. We may find ourselves thinking about this experience for many years later. As well as the emotional charge of the event there may also be the judgements of others or/and our own self-judgements that continue to maintain the emotional charge and the memory obsessively looping in our consciousness. 

This meditation helps to release unhappy or toxic memories and neutralises associated emotional charges such as anger, or anxiety or guilt and shame over past mistakes. It helps the past to naturally find its own avenue of completion within you.
 
Use this meditation when: 
You keep obsessively playing a ‘negative’ event over and over in your mind, you feel stressed or ashamed over your involvement in a past event.

**PLEASE NOTE** Before doing this meditation intend to release certain past events in order to move on. If you do not then this then this meditation may not work as well for you.
