Patchw_rk - Allow It To Pass (Lord_Bearington Remix)

Been messing around making some music directly in a DAW for the first time in a while.  This is the end result from one of the ideas I had that actually turned into a full song.  Let me know what you think, I'm always looking to learn new things that can help with me making more music in the future!

Conquer

In a desert there lives a humble cactus and his best friend.

Someone please put the tarantula back on my head
it’s his home, he live there, he my friend, him my hat
He likes my spiny spiny thorns he like to climb and climb and climb and climb and
when the sun beats down too hot way overhead, he climb down under my arms to make use of my shade
and there he sits, in my pits until the end of day
Then at night we sing songs as a duet, i would never tell him but honestly he sing kinda flat
but thats ok because we only sing to the moon, and la luna never judges harmonies out of tune

The Singing Cactus

A first true glimpse into Tree of Aetherium. Exploring Lord_Bearington's first encounter with the Ruddy Hermit, and the expository prelude to my next EP titled, "Calyx". 

Within the swirling mechanisms of The Fold, our hero discovers a lonely drip of a man living in a sloping cabin with a caved in roof and cracks running up the wall. Lord_Bearington's initial queries are scattered by The Fold's strange effects on the mind and body, and come out as words from the hermit's Father; words which no other living being could know.

Except the Dreamwalker. A luminous and omniscient being that takes different forms throughout time, often wiping its memory of its divinity to experience life through a subjective gaze. 

With the Hermit's realization he immediately reminds the creature of his true nature and of the impending peril of Calyx, a monstrous creature with sinister powers from the planes of hell. A duality of animal and devilbeast, seeking only to cause death and destruction of all things living; including the universe itself.
