Here comes a new version of a song from me (Robert Lillemäe) & Sabrina (Sabina Larsson) "Walk The Waves V 1 - 2023 Version" Trance & Progressive Trance & Dance & Edm...
We created this in 140 Bpm.. Walk The Waves songs are a special project me and Sabrina started for a few years ago, and the songs are made with special pattern and sounds..  We are not going to do so much promotion on this song, our plan is to upload it here and see if you like it.. so please, please tell us what you think about this new song.. "Get on board because we're about to take off"

Hey Nitro Fam!

First off I just want to thank @cymaticsfm for the opportunity to enter this song contest. They do awesome work and we all know it :)

So this song is actually pretty special. I used it as a challenge to get myself out of what some could call a rut. 

The challenge was to use only sounds from the Sample pack provided and use as much of the pack as possible (without making it sound too sporadic) which isn't too hard, but I wanted to make it special, so I decided I had to encapsulate the spirit and theme of the Phoenix. And I had to do it all from my laptop in airport lounges and on the flight to Tokyo.

I accomplished most of this. I did make about 75% of the song while traveling from LA to Tokyo (finishing up in my hotel), and I did use almost exclusively sounds from the sample pack (However I did make one small piano part myself).

As for the theme, well that's what I really think I killed it on!
The song is constantly evolving and changing and rebirthing as something new. Each drop is a different style going from dubstep to Drum & Bass to Drumstep and each drop is markedly different from the last while staying cohesive.

I decided to name it "Hinotori" which seemed fitting as it's one of the Japanese words for "Phoenix" and made it while flying and staying in Japan.

I had shit tons of fun playing within the confines I set and seeing how I could fit things together. It was an awesome challenge and even if I don't win the contest, it was still a win for me ;)

"Maloq Forest" is a suspenseful musical composition that perfectly balances tranquility and anticipation. This evocative piece takes listeners on a profound exploration, delving into the mystical realm that exists between life and death.

The composition skillfully combines primal rhythms and tribal beats, intertwining them with moments of serenity, allowing listeners to fully appreciate the nuanced beauty of the forest. The soundscapes are meticulously crafted, utilizing atmospheric pads and ethereal textures to create a sense of vastness and depth. In the background of the audio: When you have headphones on, do you experience a sense of pressure? Does the equalizer (EQ) make you feel a bit strange? That is our way of experimenting with the Theta waveform. Essentially, it mimics the activity of your consciousness during dreams.

Think of it as a subconscious form of echolocation. Just like a bat navigating through the skies, we send out signals into the night, using pressure and response to guide us.

Objective:

To understand the transition between life and death by mapping and recording the brain's activity during simulated death and reanimation processes.

Scope:

By delving into the mechanics of death and its characteristics, we have uncovered an opportunity to explore the darker aspects of our final moments. Through the examination of 9 different scenarios and various interconnected experiments, we aim to address the following questions:

- What is the experience of dying like?
- Under simulated and controlled conditions, how long can we observe the mind as it explores the realm of 'death'?
- Can one be trapped in a seemingly irreversible state of death, yet still be alive, due to coma states and mental imprisonment?
- What does the subconscious mind do and perceive?
- The flatline experiments
- The phenomenon of the light at the end of the tunnel

Summary:

During the simulated death sequences, we will meticulously record all data, signals, and information. The participants will be unaware that the experience is simulated. The specific death scenarios will be announced in May '08.
