So this is what i originally wanted that previous shitpost to be (the canvas curse one, not the dedede one). Probably didn't do it due to a combination of forgetting which specific track it is and laziness of not wanting to download another acapella, and try to make that work.
The super ghostbusters face was just added onto the track art, since i was listening to that at the time of making it, and i didn't want to edit kirby holding a gun, since that would be too expected


Also, is it just me or is it impossible to log into soundcloud on firefox? It keeps saying that i need to do a capcha, although i've done it. The FAQ just says that that means it thinks i'm a bot. Maybe it's because i absolutely neutered my browser by disabling cookies and such. Anyways kinda funny that it thinks i'm a bot, yet lets actual bots run free. (I needed to use 𝘔𝘪𝘤𝘳𝘰𝘴𝘰𝘧𝘵 𝘌𝘥𝘨𝘦 (eugh~) to upload the last few.)

For those who didn't at all keep up with me, around june of last year i started making my own homepage (using html, css and a bit of Javascript!) because i too was getting sick of your usual 'social' medias.
technically the site in its entirety 𝘸𝘢𝘴 viewable, but only if you really searched for the main page link.

I remembered one track by Throwawayaccountjuan today, namely: https://soundcloud.com/throwawayaccountjuan/free-association-filler And i thought of that one boulevard of broken dreams part, and my mind just placed ANOTHER 'walk this lonely road' there. And another.. And another... And by then i realised that it could go on infinitely, so i just remembered it for later, and now i've made it!
The track art features only the best character from one of Nicky cage's games (see if you can find which one :) https://ncase.me/projects/) also about recursive loops. Also When You Walkin (https://youtu.be/d_dLIy2gQGU), which started as an analogy for the flow of the original track. I guess it still fits, with the elevator in this case breaking down, and the one walkin' on it falling down the stairs just as it reacivates, causing an infinite tumble. (Well, near infinite anyways...)
Otherwise i tried emulating their usual black-and-white palette, but still just edited images together in GIMP.
Kinda a blend of both styles, don't you think?

Just a simple mashup i thought up when i listened to the ost once a while back (or was if from that time i played chapter 1, followed by chapter 2? Hmmm...)
Anyways, i tried using the noise removal thing in audacity to make it sound a bit better. Didn't really work that well, but hey, it's the thought that counts! (Why hasn't anyone made an acapella of 'she sells seashells by the seashore' yet? Talk about a goldmine!)
Also i'm pretty sure i can't find the 'make this an acapella' button i used for (https://soundcloud.com/l-legomaster/never-forget-chungoose-jr) anymore. Whoops.

You know, this isn't the first time crazy frog chose an actual vehicle over just flying!
Started this one partially when i had time at school (This time i came prepared! I had a version of audacity on a usb stick, and it worked! That said i did do most of this at home instead.)
The vocals of crazy frog are kinda hard to nail down with this manky acapella i got of the internet. Had to pitch it up and down a bunch, and used this neat thing called "Sample Reducer" to give it that well-known stank. I'm pretty sure this is the best i can do with what i have ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Also, i had to do some editing with the Brawl remix, since it has a totally unnecissary segment where it transitions into green greens for no reason. It just loses that "I am riding a vehicle given to me by the gods, and i'm going to make that everyone's problem" vibe / pace!

(Also, sidenote, i heard through the grapevine that the crazy frog brand did a nft. More like No Fucking Thanks.)

Have you ever had an idea that won't leave you alone? Then you try implementing it and realize that it doesn't really work, but you're so committed to seeing it happen that you keep pushing forward anyway?

Yeah, that's this idea. I was going to have it transition into a full mashup, but by the time I finished the intro things were so catastrophic (and I was so out of motivation) that I just called it a day. I guess this crosses off the obligatory Snow Halation mashup that I have to do as part of being a Soundclown-ist...? Lets hope so, because I don't think I should touch Snow Halation ever again.
