Ross Barringer a.k.a. That Guy Ross  is a 20-year-old producer and DJ from Surrey, UK. Having already made a great footprint with his label Elation Industries, with artists such as Kleur and DJ Loveshy having successful releases already and releases from Mr.Sosa and AWITW lined up, it felt like a great time for Ross to knuckle down into the studio and put down his sound, resulting in Chicane, an idea that resonated in his head for weeks.
