Lulamile Sivuyile Dywili, affectionately known as LSD, is a Cape Town based hip-hop artist who specializes in the boom-bap/soulful rap subgenre and is strongly influenced by the 90's era. He enlists the likes of Nas, Kool G Rap, AZ, Canibus, Jay-Z, 50 Cent, J Cole and Kendrick Lamar as some of the artists he is most influenced by. In his music he makes heartfelt assessments of his self image, his place in society, society at large and the struggles of his generation which are characterised by declining mental health and economic vulnerability.
