Gracias to the medicine of the music, of the plants, and eachother. This is an ambient downtempo world music journey, including a few personal favorites, and some newley collected tunes. i hope you enjoy the selection. 

I felt inspired to create a mix this evening with the accompaniment of an edible indica chocolate. It just flowed out of me, with barely any edits. A transmission. 
it has been a longtime between sets, and a lot has changed within my life, and those around me. It felt good to channel my experience into the sound. I hope it lands well, and I would recommend journeying to this mix with cannabis, for she was collaborating with me. Make a small ceremony around it one evening. Embrace the sacred. And allow the music to take you to where you need to go.

Choi has been breaking for 17+ years, and is arguably one of the most influential figures in the Dallas dance scene within the last decade. Over the past decade plus, Choi has been competing, judging, performing, teaching, hosting/promoting events and uplifting the Dallas/TX community. Choi has been the bridge between the Dallas old school scene and the new generation of current bboys, bringing up a number of bboys – including myself, who have competed on international platforms alongside him.

We are kicking off the first After Hours Webinar/Podcast with a close friend of mine, Bboy Choi. In this interview we go over topics like his weight loss journey, hosting events, balance between break-life as a means of work vs. enjoyment, his mental and physical approach to practice, how to prepare for battles, online battles, Choi's breaking history, the impacts and lessons from his mother, frustration within the community, and staying relevant.

This ambient meditation comes out of and is dedicated to the work of toning home, a practice taught by Elijah Ray to connect with, radiate and embody your True Self. I wanted something to tone to in 432 so I made this track. 

It is in the key of E (A=432 Hz)and uses the Maria Reynolds 432 scale which is an adapted pythagorean/just intonation scale. True (microtuned) 432 is thought to be more resonant and aligned with the natural cosmic and harmonic structure of reality. But don't believe me, try it for yourself! Sing it! Feel it.

The invitation, if you are open to it, is to tone from your heart with the intention to locate yourself, vibrationally and consciously. To feel yourself and to occupy your space and self so fully so that nothing else does. You can om, you can sing, you can explore vocally and feel yourself open. Becoming more free in your voice, more relaxed in your being and vital in your vibration.
