Moments in Time

I know it's been a little while but I'm back with a new mix! This one is a little different than the other ones but I hope you'll enjoy it nonetheless. This mix tells the story of acceptance. As we go through break-ups, we can feel anger, despair, and sorrow. We don't want to be alone so we wish to either reconnect or find someone new. But, when we're alone, we find out who we truly are and we learn to love ourselves in the process. I wanted to share what that journey feels like through music. When the fire falls and subsides, we can start anew with what's left behind.

Feeling Free in the Floral Frequencies (Earth Day Mix)

I first want to dedicate this September mix to two people, Fat Mulan and Jordy Highroller. Without their help, I wouldn’t have started this incredible journey. 

Fat Mulan was the gatekeeper for a lot of my mixes. I trusted him to let me know if the mix was good enough to put out. It was his encouragement and motivation that helped me make more mixes. I went with a nighttime vibe for this mix because it reminds me of the late-night talks and hangouts we’d have. I hope it’ll do the same. Thanks, buddy. 

Whether he knows it or not, Jordy Highroller is one of the people I look up to the most. He helped me gain the confidence in myself to pursue something like this. I felt pretty insecure in my early college career but he helped me realize that I can do and accomplish more than I ever thought. I want to thank him for giving this style of music a chance and I hope it makes him proud. 

Happy 21st Birthday Guys, love you!

I also want to thank all of you for listening to my stuff. I know my mixes aren’t that great but I appreciate you still giving them a listen. It really means a lot to me and I hope you enjoy the mix this month as I try to set a distinctive vibe for each one. It’s named Star Gaze because I think it works best to listen to it at night with loved ones under the stars. I’d also like to point out that I heard the Angela x Stay mix from a Kasbo mix but I can’t remember which right now. I’ll update when I figure it out. The Mood: NYE 2019 Edition
