Don't expect a remix, an edit or an extended dub, as this is a totally new "DJ friendly" interpretation, with added groove, lush production, and featuring, icing on the cake, Theresa Varela's soft and languid voice. Elle happe, accapare et renverse. Toute résistance est vaine. Et on chute avec délice parce que le noir est éclairé, la froideur bandante, tendue comme un arc.  
Laurent Pastor et Marc Lapeyre ( Fkclub ) sont les coupables de cette Décadanse où « la glace ne blesse plus », comme le décrit le titre éponyme, du timbre à la fois suave et distant de la photographe Caroline Chevalier. Le patron de label a basculé de l’autre côté pour passer en production, attiré par son complice dans un studio en sous-sol, au son alléchant des guitares et des synthés modulaires. De la confrontation de ces deux fortes (id)entités sort un premier EP où la culture club est cinématique (Train in Vein, Drive Easy), le post-punk distingué (Plan B), l’électronique moléculaire (Decadanse). Et quand Susumu Makai s’aventure dans les méandres de Ruin, il en livre une version vertigineuse.
