I take you on a journey from Flow - Staccato - Chaos - Lyrical - Stillness in this 1.5 hour 5 Rhythms inspired mix that I recorded live on Sept 23rd for our Blue Moon Gathering, hosted in collaboration with Anam Cara and Anahata at the gorgeous Palmorama in Mandrem Goa. 

Close your eyes, breathe and allow the music to guide your emotions to move in the way they want to, expressing in the way they want to express. Release!! 

This mix came out of my heart space, and seeing the catharsis on the dance floor has been so beautiful to experience that it makes me want to continue journeying consciously into this space.
