LAATE is the new label of Clayton Guifford (Fragil / Unrelated ). This project is dedicated to Space, Time & Parallel Universe... We are not alone ! For this release, we are very proud to welcome : Jerome Pacman, the most respected french dj, truly legend and a model for a whole generation. Capable of amazing everybody, behind the decks and there as a producer.

Jerome delivers 3 original tracks : First, on A side " 3 for You ", an hypnotic killer tool track ! Get in the spaceship for the dancefloor. On B1, " Tiwanuku" expresses a deep groovy & dub vibe, with atmospheric sounds to make us travel more & more. Finally in B2, " Quiet Understand " is a pure minimal track. Gradually, space trippy sounds and female vocal emphasize this mysterious and futuristic atmosphere."

LAATE is the new project of Clayton Guifford (Unrelated / Fragil). For this second release, we are very glad to welcome " The Black Tone " (Rawthencity / Appian).


On A side: " Circadian Attraction EP " is backed by a dynamic rhythm with analog tones. A meticulous architecture temple where time stop. A techno recital of limpid beauty gliding on a groovy bassline that will make every soundsystem whirr.

On B1: " Aquatic Redox " is a plunging us into deep submarine daydreams. A digital bath with salty taste and hypnotic dampness. Everything is a quiet, question & answers between the different elements are bouncing over and over in the atmosphere, constantly captivating the attention. A perfect balance between strength and subtlety.

Finally on B2, " Aquatic Redox " 's remix is released by the famous producer: Janeret (Rutilance /AKU). After an "Haute-couture" intro, slightly breaked, we find in this remix the galactic synths typical of the talented young Parisian’s repertoire. Clear, precise and extremely mastered, this rework put everyone in agreement on the dancefloor.

LAATE returns with the mysterious Jack Keo! Our man was Born and raised in the southwest of England, he got his first pair of decks at 9 years old and started producing at 19. For this fourth release, Jack Keo delivers 3 originals tracks. On A side, "Module-e1 " is a heavy house tool with a groovy bassline and its organics sounds, catchy!!! On B1, Jack show his deep face with "Fondue", he make us travel a little bit more by using space synth, cosmic sound and voices cut.To finish "Apron" is a pure minimal track, strong bassline and female vocal increase the freaky atmosphere!

Clayton Guifford’s freshly born label VAARIOUS welcomes Le Louche and MJOG with their Cohesive Counterbalance EP, featuring two collab cuts and two solo tracks by the respective artists themselves.

Hailing from Paris, MJOG has delivered a couple of great EP's on Daydream and Recordeep and has teamed up here with fellow Daydream Records’ Franco-Dutch producer Le Louche who delivered a terrific split EP with Dixia Sirong on London based Blind Vision Records. Starting from nothing to effectively and easily working together, while establishing a true friendship along the way, the two decided to join forces on this EP to kick off things for this new LAATE sublabel.

With Cohesive Counterbalance, MJOG & Le Louche intend to display their own vision of collaboration, which encapsulates the playful nature of their original touch, resulting in dynamic and dubby music from the two young producers. Atmospheric raw synths, galloping beats, expressive FX... Cohesive Counterbalance EP has definitely been produced to pump through the dancefloors.
