Experiments with 12-bar blues structures in machine[6], pseudo-11edo (repositioned guitar bridge).
1. Haphazard appropriation of 12-bar blues structure on 122222 mode.
2. Chord progression based on root motion by the (approximated) machine generator (2\11). 221222 mode.
3. Root moves to closest approximations of 12edo I, IV, and V in 122222 mode.
4. Chord progression like in No. 2 with some extensions and other changes.



Blues Machine 4, ~11-ED2

One of my first xenharmonic sketches, in orwell temperament, from when I first began to understand the MOS concept and how it relates to all this stuff. Both the scales and rhythm are based on progressively more complex MOS structures, with a "freestyle" section at the end. Pitch MOS generator is 17\22; rhythm MOS generator is 7\12.
