It's a bit of a venture from their techno roots. After playing a lot of deep techno in clubs such as Sisyphos, About Blank or IFZ in the past couple of years, this is Brigades first step in a different path. With the help of one of their favorite producers, Aparde, they have created an EP that is definitely something special. Left field electronica, mixed with lo-fi tape loops and post-rock drones. The song  encompasses that feeling of helplessness we sometimes get in the wake of life. How we all suffer under this weight, but when we just push ourselves to seek the new, we always come out of it with clarity and a feeling of rejuvenation and purpose. We aren't so alone in our pain and when we realise our truth, our path, we can finally begin to start finding it and not feel so lonely and helpless, even if it is really hard for most of the time. This song is the echo of our collective pain, but also the hope that we can find peace and quiet in the daily noise within ourselves and come out of it better people.
I've grown up in cities and loud places all my life, so I'm very much used to the noise but sometimes it can get overwhelming. I try to write music that gives people that little time of introspection and peace that I always want in these times.
