Their main goal is to give it a solid context in a different genre setting and of course do right by the catchy vocals and SJRM groove.

I don't care, it's listed as this on the tracklist from the show I took this from, and Kiss (station aired on) grab tracklists from the marker information (if available) AFAIA.

Also reading the thread on the Axwell Forum, it seems like no substantial evidence - apart from dates lining up, a more than weird message from Carlo and certain similarities in samples - has been posted, to suggest that Benjamin Price (Uncombed)'s work has been "stolen" in any sense by Daddy's Groove, considering the basis of the works are sample-driven. The 'Logic project' seems to even sample the rip, instead of using the original synth or sample.
