Restrained, majestic and atmospheric, Teho once again displays his rich understanding of complex and nuanced production, taking us on a deep dive through sweeping synths, crisp drums and roof-raising euphoria. Through this new single, Teho wanted to find in his origins what makes him an artist. He understood that it wasnt obvious for him to become a musician at first because he never took any musical lessons, and nobody in his family was from this world. But his life experiences, his traumas, his joys, all of this gave him a lot of emotions to share and the best way for him to express them was music. In the end, he inferred that it is completely possible to draw on his roots but to build a path other than the one predestined to him. If you've been following his latest singles, you'll have high expectations for Origins. Rest assured, Teho delivers his best yet.
