The LabRat has escaped ! After being exposed to some experimental mutagens, he transformed into a new lifeform and managed to slip through the facility’s security system. He met Pickle Rick in the air conducts and together they made an alliance to shut down the research center.
After doing so, he decided to channel his chemical induced energy into the art of shaping frequencies, this is the result of his most recent experiments.

Looney Moon Records is back again, this time with Brazilian producer WHIPTONGUE.

Whiptongue is Charles Cardoso Matos (Uberlândia - Minas Gerais - Brazil, 05 of November of 1978), was become involved with electronic music since 1999. Charles participated of a group that developed and divulged psychedelic trance in Minas Gerais and Brazil. Start as DJ in 2000, in the Festival Samsara, year where it started to dedicate to acquire it knowledge in the area of production of psytrance. His first project “Charivari” appeared in 2002, in which it had a music launched for the friends of local recorder Space Records. Formed a new project in 2004, the Ufologics, with Felipe Rossi (Tacit) and Vilar Luiz (Flood), live that it made great national success, having a music launched to the side of artists as: YabYum, Electrypnose, Arsenic, Stereographic and Ape, for recorder Innersound Records (Italy), V.A. Sound Safári, compiled for Dj Morus. It established the Sychotria in 2007, together with Flávio Blacksmith (Xpiral). They had been presented in the biggest better festivals and clubs of the parents, being launched 5 musics more than in you vary compilations for diverse recorders. However after 2 years together, Flávio now is dedicated to its Xpiral project and Charles still produces musics for the Sychotria, project that still has much what to present. Now loaded of new ideas, Charles develops the Whiptongue project (Looney Moon Records), influenced for new sources of psytrance, with sufficiently groove to bombar any dances floor.

The 4th episode of Purple Hexagon Records‘ series is focusing on one of the most creative producer of the label, CAVEMAN.

Born and bred in the heart of Italy, GIANLUCA VOCALE aka CAVEMAN is a young and promising artist with a distinct touch in psytrance music production. His deep and diverse musical knowledge is rooted in the study of musical instruments such as the guitar and drums. After cruising different music styles, he started exploring psytrance music first as a dj and then as a producer, collaborating with Quarion Tribe in the organization of psytrance parties. The opportunity to play and test his music in dancefloors all over Italy led to a personalisation of his sound, that can be described as a spontaneous blend of sound spirals and colours with atmospheric basslines. Caveman’s music is fresh, uplifting and unpretentious, reflecting his simple approach to life and the skills he developed in the art of bread making. In fact, all his sounds are carefully crafted and combined to create a substantial music flow that take on significance and evolves to fulfil your ears. As you will often hear him say, “Music is my bread and bread is my music”.
After his first album “ Event Horizon “, Caveman is now ready to present his new ep “ Run” with Purple Hexagon Records, included in this exclusive live set for radiOzora .
Expect to run, far and away from any limitation or constraint.

Rezonant Live Set Summer 2018

The start to 2019 was amazing! Opened the year with this set at Origin Festival. One of the best sets of my life. Playing into sunrise is still the best feeling ever! Powerful dance floor that rocked it all the way through. Thanks to everyone for the support and going mad on the dancefloor in the rain.
