This Burn Night was something special for me in many ways.

It was my debut to play at Burn Night after being invited to play on the Underworld Stage on Acid Friday at the last Kiez Burn.

The Wohnzimmer Floor is a beautifully designed floor, and it was a great pleasure to play my Bush Techno set there during Peak Time. This floor stands out as an extraordinary fusion of a great sound system, stunning visuals, living room feeling, and some of my favorite crowds I've seen in a club in a long time.

In sync with peak time and the floor vibe, I played a slightly more rave-heavy bush techno set and it completely hit the spot. Throughout the set, I played groove-driven tunes that progressed into ravier and more psychedelic to set the crowd ablaze. 🔥 Of course, I selected a few Bush Techno tracks that had just been released the day before and sounded so good that they just had to be in my set.

It was incredible for me to see the raging Kiez Burn community dancing so euphorically, cheering extatically, and just enjoying the music wholeheartedly.

Nowhere Festival is one of a kind. After a few days of desert heat on the clock – not to forget the ubiquitous dust and sandstorms – there is nothing better than a deep-nighttime boogie full of absolute tunes! 🏜️

What a sesh: The entire desert d-floor was dancing like there was no tomorrow, and made it easy to grasp: This was a Garden Of Joy! Watching everyone lose themselves to groovy-heavy, psychedelic yet mystically driving Bush Techno from some of my favorite producers was pure bliss. 🪴

It was an absolute gift being able to play at multiple Sound Camps during this years' Nowhere Festival, and all just added to the great Nowhere experience for me which I am super grateful for. A big THANKS for the invite and making it possible to write magic memories in the desert – this truly was one for the books! 🌙

Labrysinthe is Natalia Lincoln, who took the scenic route to psytrance -- first through classical training, then joining gothic/apocalyptic folk band Unto Ashes (NYC) as premium purveyor of keyboards, vocals, and gloom.

Natalia moved to Berlin in 2008 to taste the delightfully twisted freakquencies of electronic psychedelica, at which point Labrysinthe was born into this world that could neither spell her name nor name her spell.

Since then, she-who-must-be-Labrysinthe studied at dBs Music Berlin and is an original member of the Strength in Numbers beat collective in Berlin (@strength_in_numbers).

Labrysinthe is voluntarily committed to the institution of psytrance and stands for better machines, brighter knowledge, bolder music, and the blissful ecstasies of the beat.
